Where every KM bird begins

Most poultry operations buy their chicks from a trader and hope for the best. We don’t. KM Hatcheries produces the day-old chicks that go into our own farms — which means the health, breed and handling of every bird is our responsibility from the first hour.

That control is the reason the rest of the chain works. A weak chick is a weak bird forty days later, and no amount of good feed or clean processing fixes it.

Egg selection

Hatching eggs are graded on arrival — size, shell quality and cleanliness. Anything below standard doesn’t enter the setter.

Incubation

Eggs are held under controlled temperature and humidity through the incubation cycle, turned on schedule.

Hatching

Chicks are pulled at the right window, not the convenient one — timing here decides first-week survival.

Dispatch

Every chick is checked before it leaves. Dispatched same day to our farms and to supply customers.
